Trust, communication, roles, decisions and the conditions around people influence how their work unfolds. Cultiva works with leaders and organizations to understand those patterns and develop practical ways forward.
01 About Cultiva
Organizations often invest in new structures, strategies and tools while the human side of change receives less attention. Cultiva works with the people carrying the work: the leaders making decisions, the teams navigating shared responsibilities and the organization shaping their day-to-day conditions.
The starting point is the real situation, not a packaged answer. Together, we clarify what is happening, what needs to change and what support will help people put that change into practice.

03 The Signature Leadership Presence Method
The Signature Leadership Presence Method™ is a six-month private cohort for leaders whose responsibilities are growing. Three learning modules develop the leader from the inside out and strengthen how that development shows up in relationships, decisions and everyday work.
The method is built on three pillars:
Who are you becoming as your leadership changes?
Examine the values, assumptions and sense of self that shape how you lead.
How do you lead from inner authority while remaining true to yourself?
Build the inner authority to exercise sound judgement, hold clear boundaries and take responsibility for difficult decisions.
How do you show up in ways that build trust?
Bring attention to communication, listening and the impact you have in the room.
Delivered over six months through three learning modules: Leader Identity, Grounded Presence and Leadership Communication. The private cohort combines group coaching with private 1:1 support, so leaders work with real situations, reflect with peers and apply their learning at work.
In their words
We are incredibly grateful to have had Sarah join us as guest speaker for our Women in Leadership wellness program. Her session on Energy Management was insightful, empowering, and deeply relevant for women navigating the many demands of leadership, career, family, and personal well-being.
Sarah brought a beautiful balance of practical strategies, authenticity, and compassion to the conversation. She shared actionable tools to help attendees better manage their energy, protect their well-being, and lead more intentionally, all in a way that felt realistic and sustainable.
What made her session especially impactful was the way she spoke from her lived experience and created space for reflection. Our community left feeling inspired, validated, and re-energized, with many meaningful takeaways they could immediately apply both personally and professionally. We are so thankful for the value Sarah brought to our audience and would highly recommend her as a speaker.
In six months, Sarah has helped me make significant progress in my leadership development. I’ve learned how to empower my direct reports while balancing accountability, compassion, and responsibility. She is an excellent resource on my journey toward being a more effective leader. I highly recommend her.
One new thing I learned through the course was how much our communication and reactions are shaped by biology, social conditioning, and our nervous system—and that we are not “stuck” in those patterns. Understanding concepts like neuroplasticity, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, and frameworks such as RAIN gave me a new perspective on intentional feedback and difficult conversations.
We are not our behaviour, and neither are the people around us. With greater awareness and curiosity, we can choose more thoughtful responses, communicate more intentionally, and approach hard conversations with more compassion and courage.
What I especially enjoyed about the overall experience was Sarah Doyle’s facilitation style. She created a warm, engaging, and psychologically safe space where meaningful conversations could happen. I appreciated how practical, thoughtful, and inspiring the sessions were, and I left feeling energized and “lit up” after every discussion.
Working with Sarah has been enlightening as she always provides a different perspective on a matter. I have become more confident in my actions and while the outward transformation has been slow, the inward transformation has been fueled and is calmer. Prior to working with Sarah, I felt out of alignment.
Sarah’s workshop series was such an incredible pivot point for me. Through this series, Sarah started by guiding us first through a workshop to define our core values. This process was grounded by an exercise that allowed us to tap into our unconscious mind, to surface those values that matter most to us as leaders. The next workshop on defining our leadership vision allowed us the opportunity to look ahead in order to ascertain what kind of leader we want to be as we move forward. From there, we determined what goals we needed to set to realize that vision, and revisited our values to assess whether these align with the vision we had created. This was my real turning point.
I was able to see that while my core values are intrinsic to me, and will always be present in how I lead, I also need to cultivate additional values in order to realize my vision. And realization of that vision isn’t optional for me—it’s what I want to run towards. Now, I have the goals, and the understanding of the additional values that I need to foster, to help me get there.

07 The work
A leader's choices shape the conversations a team can have. Those conversations influence how people coordinate, make decisions and respond to change. Over time, these patterns become part of how an organization works.
Cultiva works with the people and conditions involved. The goal is to make development useful in the moments where leadership, relationships and work meet.
What could become possible if the conditions changed?
